Serve Papers to the Orcs

The goblins have decided one of them needs to become a Judge to serve the orcs with papers asking them to cease and desist in killing them off. But to become a Judge you first need to be a Lawyer. This means they need to pass the B.A.R.R exam that demonstrates their vampire powers, because everyone knows lawyers are blood sucking vampires.
