The other day you watched the big scary humans bury one of their own, all weepy and dramatic—then one of them dropped a shiny treasure into the coffin like an offering to the Dirt Gods. Obviously the dead lady doesn’t need it anymore, so the goblins have decided to perform a perfectly respectful archaeological retrieval (also known as “dig up the corpse and grab the glittery thing”).
Armed with shovels they can’t lift, a map drawn on a potato, and the absolute certainty that nothing could possibly go wrong, the goblins sneak toward the graveyard. Between the patrolling humans, the hungry wolves, and the fact that none of them remember which hole is the right one, this heist is doomed in the most spectacular way.
Will they escape with the treasure, or will they accidentally dig up something far worse than an old lady? Either way, dirt will fly, bones will rattle, and at least one goblin will get stuck in a coffin
