Grand Poobah of Hallows Eve

It's Hallows Eve and all the goblins are having a party. There will of course be a contest for which group can create the best Jack-O'-Lantern. The winning group will elect a member to be the Grand Poobah of the event. Better hurry and find the biggest/best pumpkin from the path and get some bling to make it sing.
